Simply print the file and use the template to uniformly pipe your icing transfers. I like to insert my printed transfer sheet into a sheet protector and pipe directly on top.  You could also layer this print out with parchment paper and pipe icing on top.  Allow icing transfers to fully dry, peel transfers off surface and use icing to glue directly on to your cookies!
